About Company
Back in 2003, we were created to assist local users that were having problems
with their computers, whether software or hardware. The common complaint among
these users, was that the other local computer shops would either try to sell
them new hardware, software, or would not fix the problem only fix pieces of the
problem. As a result they called on us to come fix the problem fully. Initially,
alot of these problems were just simple repairing the Operating Systems but some
were related to just data storage. At no point did we ever suggest a brand of product
or were to purchase. We do not carry a inventory of hardware products and at no point
do we point them in a specific direction. We do consult based on the clients needs
and not necessarily what they want.
Belief
It is our belief as a consumer company that we should ALWAYS have the clients needs
in mind. Regardless of their wants, we strive to keep their current needs in line with
any potential needs they may have in the future. This being said, we do not believe in
selling a brand of products, nor suggesting another organization that supplies products.
Our focus is on the client and providing the client a conduit to obtaining the best IT
solution that they can afford, while providing them a cheaper alternative to buying name-
brand products. We use a gambit of sites to research pricing, specifications, and useability.
So when we make a professional suggestion, we make sure that the full integrity of the product
has been researched and have expressed the limitations of the product at the time.
